Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after arrival, unless otherwise stated, and notified to Customer Service in advance, minus a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Items returned without prior notification to our Customer Service department will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. Products must be in their original packaging and in excellent condition. Please call or email our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect all items returned and will confirm their condition. It is up to our discretion to accept the return and grant a refund minus the fees stated above.
For many items, there are No Returns imposed by some of the manufacturers that we work with, so please read the item description in full. If a non-returnable product is returned or rejected at the time of delivery, the customer will pay a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping costs to and from the warehouse and back to the customer’s home. This product will be returned back to the customer and no refunds will be granted.
Please allow 7 to 14 days for processing returns and refunds to your account.
All customer orders are shipped from manufacturer warehouses. Shipping and processing times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but will not exceed a 14 day period unless specified on product description page or by our Customer Service department via email or telephone. At times, our manufacturers will run out of stock or discontinue an item without prior notice. We will contact you via email or phone with an estimated in-house date or cancel the order and refund your money immediately should the manufacturer no longer carry the item.
