Cultured Living offers "Free Shipping" on orders over $75 within the Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands are charged a higher shipping rate due to costs from our partner shipping companies. Our goal is to provide you with the best prices, with little to no shipping costs.
Free Shipping on home decor and furniture is regular First Class Mail or UPS/Fedex Ground Home Delivery. Expedited Shipping can be arranged with our Customer Service Department and will be charged the upgraded shipping costs which will be billed separately through either Paypal or our credit card processor before the order is processed.
All oversized furniture orders are shipped either Freight or Pallet and are curb-side delivery only. Our Customer Service Department will confirm the Arrival Date of your merchandise in order to facilitate arrangements for product delivery and signature requirements. Any merchandise rejected, returned or not accepted by a customer at the time of delivery will incur a restocking fee of 20% and Return Shipping cost back to the manufacturer which will be deducted from the balance owed to the customer.
All customer orders are shipped from manufacturer warehouses. Shipping and processing times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but will not exceed a 14 day period unless specified on product description page or by our Customer Service Department via email or telephone. At times, our manufacturers will run out of stock or discontinue a home decor item or furniture piece without prior notice. We will contact you via email or phone with an estimated in-house date or cancel the order and refund your money immediately should the manufacturer no longer carry the item.
Cultured Living is not responsible for stolen goods left at customer's door or missing items shipped either directly by Cultured Living or by one of our partner Merchants via any carrier, with proof of Tracking Number delivered. If the customer feels it is not safe for packages to be left at the door or within 15 feet of the door, customer is responsible for indicating this to Cultured Living at the time of purchase so that other delivery arrangements can be made.
Our website on occasion experiences glitches on shipping charges but we reserve the right to recoup the accurate charges for the item or its shipping costs. We will try our best to make our customers happy.
We currently do not ship internationally.
